Vanguard Bingo began in 1972 as a way to support the Santa Clara Vanguard, a seven-time DCI world championship drum and bugle corps. It continues to be our organization’s flagship fundraiser, providing a significant portion of our operating revenues and financial support for our performing ensembles.

Following consultation with the Ripley County Health Commissioner, School and Parish Leadership as wellas the Bingo Committee we have made the decision to CANCEL the Super Sunday Bingo event scheduled for November 15th. Despite our best efforts to plan for and create a safe environment for hosting this event we believe the most prudent decision is to error on the side of caution in the best interests of our players, volunteers and committee members.

Debit/Credit Card Reservations:

  • If your registration was placed online or over the phone using a credit/debit card a refund will be processed later this week and an email notification provided.
  • PLEASE wait 7-10days before contacting us as it could take that long for our card processor and your financial institution to process the refund.

Checks and Cash Reservations:

Bingo
  • If your registration was paid for by check or cash, we will be issuing a full refund in the form of a check to the address given at the time the registration was taken.

Sunday Night Bingo

** Refunds will be issued to the person they were received from, if you were part of a group and paid through one person you will need to work with that individual to get your refund returned.
